Chronic Pain in Lockdown

Hi folks, I'm Steph & I'm one of the moderators here on the forum. If anyone wants to chat or has any questions then please feel free to drop me a wee message. I know how hard it is dealing with chronic pain normally but in this unexpected situation it can be even more difficult to navigate, especially with routine appointments being cancelled & not being able to see loved ones in person. I know that I'm missing the regular meetings that people from our PMP group has. Take care all, I'm here if needed 😊

Hi Steph, Looking forward to getting to know you.

I very recently completed GGC Pain Management Programme which has been invaluable learning, like yourself I do miss the meeting of the group and although I am in contact with a few of them, there are concerns for others; I just hope that they join up to this when they get the invitation.

Regarding the post from Pain Concern Project mentioned making the site more interactive, I'm really new to this life and don't quite know enough, but I have suggested to my PMP group that we link up on here(one day a week or something), is this the kind of thing you are looking for.
