challenging times and how we cope
Hi Alex, oh how I would love a garden, I am however lucky enough to at least have a drying area which I can go onto and get a little fresh air(which is prob. the cleanest the air has ever been due to the lac of traffic on the roads), I am also enjoying the bird song/chatter I can hear more clearly. I have only just realised how much of an out doors person I am, this having to stay in is getting to me, but I am thankful that I have my family at home with me; so there's never a dull moment. My husband is working from home which hasn't interfered too much and my son in law is still going to work, so we get daily updates of outside life which has been keeping us all going. I am extremely thankful for the tools I now posses from completing the PMP, Breathing, Mindfulness, Guided Meditation, setting Smart Goals and Inverting Negative Thoughts are my top 5.
Thank you for being there.
Stay safe and be well.
Thanks Alex, it's great to know that someone is there if anyone feels like they need to make contact - we hope in time the group will get busier and grow : )
