I’m on the 28 day pill contraception & I had dropped a Friday pill(lost) so I took next friday’s pill straight away is this still affecTive?

I dropped my pill while travelling on a coach and couldn’t find the pill I dropped so I took next week’s pill is the contraceptive still effective?
