Hiya, I've had the copper iud for 1 month now the first 2 days were so painful but then it went. My period started yesterday and I had pains throughout the day. I don't know if I'm speaking too soon but I was told my periods will be very heavy and very painful ... but it seems very light and a bit painful. Also I haven't had any random bleeding. Can this happen or is it not normal?
