Hi

Give a bit more information and people on here are always willing to suggest ways to help. Are you in a lot of pain? What have you tried? What medication? A knee support?

Hi,

I agree with Rowantree. We need to know what specific problem/s you are having. I would also add that you are far more prone to suffer from Arthritis or Osteoarthritis in a joint where you have previously had a break. living in Kenya, I would have thought that your Osteoarthritis would be easier to tolerate then if for example you lived in a cooler climate.

I disagree, at least in part with the preliminary suggestions here.

I am a Field Control Therapy provider. As a practitioner I focus on the body as a whole, yet by targeting 7 main causes of disease. Mending injury, trauma is part of that.

The advantage with FCT is that it clears the body to function optimally, hence reducing the potential for arthritis.

Medication will only help symptoms and manage them, but never deal with the arthritis directly.

I suggest FCT for full recovery, and more, since it will provide for normalization of your health from top to bottom.

I am not sure where you live. I am in Winnipeg, Manitoba, Canada. FCT is new.

Thank you folks who have answered the question.

I was given injection prescription but I have not taken it. I live in Kisumu, Kenya.

It pains mostly at night and when I walk a long distance. Sometimes some parts of my body such as Hands, Shoulders and Legs pain a little.

I shall visit website 0f "Onetruehealth" for further information.

Physiotherapy in Kenya is very expensive and that is what I am told can help.

We do not Health Insurance here in Kenya as at now.

Is it possible to subscribe one from Canada or USA?

My Daughter and Wife resides in Ontario
