Hi folks,
Does anyone else see movement in snapshots, like watching a old movie, it’s most noticeable when watching TV?

Yes, it can be a migraine symptom for me sometimes, when I'm tired or have spent too much time in front of screens. Not the result of a conversion disorder, just a genetics thing.
Hi, thanks for your reply. It’s helpful to know other people have it too. Mine became really noticeable a couple of year ago, but I know it has been creeping up for years. I have it all the time and the “gaps” between the images are getting very slightly wider. Does it affect you around traffic? Can you still drive? I don’t drive now due to my vision issues but even as a passenger I don’t like vehicles driving close to me.
One thing I found that helped was waring vista mesh glasses. Now, this might sound counter-intuitive but they work by cutting down visual input so our brains have a better chance of processing what's going in. Especially via telly which has become very high definition so can give visual overload. I don't drive due to having other visual issues (lack of binocular vision and a 'lazy' eye/convergence insufficiency) which make it hard for me to judge the speed of traffic and compute all the information I'd need to be able to compute to be safe myself and not a risk to others. I'm OK as a passenger but I wouldn't be ok if other vehicles came too close either since road safety is road safety. Hope you can find something that helps
