Knots in shoulder blades & back...

Does any one else suffer with extreme knots in there shoulders and back? I suffer every day with extreme pain but my boyfriend has literally just massaged a good 20 knots out my back an shoulders, as you can expect was extremely painful as my spine an shoulder blades are very sensitive when having pressure on..

I don't have Fibro but do get trigger points that when pressure is applied for 30 seconds plus the pains just go like magic. Does hurt when you do it mind.
