Feeling nervous

Snap - I've got my appt in 3 weeks and wondering the same. Nervous but trying not to think about it too much!

I don;t really know. I'm private, don;t know if it's different for NHS. I understand they will discuss drug regime and look to get you started. What date is your appt? Have you had all your blood tests?

19th am going , last bloods test a has was when they found out what was wrong then was refferd x

I've had to have Hep A,B,C test, HIV, LSH and prolactin I think. I need to take these with me to the next appt but if you have all of this then they should sort out your next steps! Good Luck x

It sort of depends. You should get your test results and a diagnosis/agreement how you take this forward. You may need to apply for NHS funding which will take some time to sign-off. Even if you are at a place with no waiting list, it is up to you - with Christmas coming up, many clinics shut down for a brief period, so that may delay you for a month, also, many want to not be on treatment over Christmas due to the need to look after yourself versus going to celebrations etc, so you may choose to delay to fit around that/and consider whether you have quiet/busy times at work and work around those.
