My 'NHS treatment' was after 9 months which consisted of 2 consultations/ friendly conversations with no outcome, scans, pain relief or anything. I ended up having to pay for Private treatment.

19 months to get a laparoscopy- I'm in Ceredigion, West Wales. Op then cancelled twice due to lack of beds. My subsequent IVF referral got sent to wrong hospital by my GP, then 'lost' in the system as it wasn't passed on or referred back. So it took a further 8 months. All this after a Still birth at 35 weeks, and three years on we are still not pregnant. Worlds cruelest place.

Ps the wait also took me over my 40th birthday so we then only got one round of ivf and not two.
