Hi I organise and host the Solihull support group for The FASD Trust and I am doing the Wolf Run on 7th sept which is an combination of off road running, mud runs, trail runs and obstacle runs. Its a hardcore 10k run across raw natural terrain, open ground, woodland, lakes and thick mud! All sponsor money I receive will be donated to The FASD Trust to help them continue the amazing work they do. Please visit charity choice.co.uk/fundraiser/joannedwatkins to sponsor me. I will pit a post on to say how i did!! Many thanks!
