Diagnosed with EM and Hyper-mobility

I haven't posted on any forums for a while as iv been ignoring the problem and getting on with life and to be fair i dont notice it a lot until i stop and sit down for a while, my hands are burning red, my doctor said its just something i have to live with. i still play sports at a high level etc, just weird how theres absolutely 0 help with this, hvent seen specialist in a year , its just like playing life at a higher difficulty that i have to get on with, does anyone else no of any help you can get in UK? my hands are constantly on fire
