My nearly 3 year old is still in nappies. He refuses to wee or poo in anything else. He knows when he is doing it. Any tips please?!

Try sitting a Teddy on a potty and reading a story to Teddy on potty. Play a game of toy characters needing a wee/poo. Keep the potty out in the room and see if your son will sit on it for story or just sit on it in nappy and clothes.

Basically keep it all relaxed and stress free. This way he will hopefully become comfortable with the potty. Show him the poo in his nappy after a nappy change so he knows what it is and it's no big deal. Tell him what poo is.

Let your son into the bathroom when you need it.

I made up a silly dance that I did when my son used the toilet or potty and it was much easier than using reward/sticker charts!
