I'm freaking out that the last two nights I haven't been able to sleep. That's the number one reason I've had seizures. I have a client who I care for only a few miles from my apt and one on saturday just as close so hoping to get there and back safely. Praying I get sleep tonight!!! What triggers everybody's seizures on here? Just curious is all since theres so many different types of seizures.

No sleep!
Hi, not sleeping well doesn’t help🙉 I’m also not a great sleeper have to do the same routine, reading a boring book helps & try to slow my breathing down, slow breathing 🙉 my poor husband.
In the past my seizures seem to occur when being anxious/stressed over something & then relax - my neurologist describes it as a dam overflow.

So sorry your having trouble sleeping too. I have to take adderall about 30mg to go to my job or I'll never make it thru even with coffee. Last two nights I couldn't sleep cause I've been taking 80 mg adderall. But I'm not doing that bs again. Sleep is way more important. Think I only got 4 hrs last night if that. Even that little bit is better than the two nights of absolutely no sleep. Thanks for replying to share your experience. Personally I hate hate being epileptic!!! Hope you have a wonderful day!!!
Thanks, tried to exhaust myself today with exercise 😅😅 hate it also. Keep in touch xx
ps sorry hadn’t heard of adderall before. Do you take any other meds for Epilespy? I also like yoga 🧘♀️. Xx
Adderall is adhd medication. I didn't get any sleep last night either which is freaking me out and forgetting meds for 3 hrs yesterday morning is concerning. I take tegretol er for seizures but the other meds I take for bipolar 2 help with seizures too.
OMG no sleep 😳 how are you feeling today? Take it easy & try to relax (easier said than done 🙄) x
I'm exhausted from not a wink of sleep last night. Already took sleep aids and I take a lot of them but once again I'm wide awake and cant sleep. Lack of sleep causes most of my seizures so I'm worried to death. Thank you kindly for the advice. Its definitely easier to say than do.
