Keep hydrated, stay in the shade. Don't put too many demands on the brain - rest.

Not for me personally- but I believe they do for other people. Good advice from Gandalf. I am dreaming of the outdoor pool near me!

Where we live it's been in the triple digits since June. (This is very unusual for us). My husband became very tired and not his usual self. I thought he was having a set back. His doctor advised him to drink more water. Not cokes or tea but water. In matter of a couple days he was back to where he was. He could focus again and have a good conversation. I even started drinking more water and had more energy. We also avoid going out in the heat of the day. Fortunately we have a/c. Hope this helps.

The heat doesn't worsen my post E situation but like others said, I stay out of the sun during the day and venture out when it's cooler in the early evening, or even better, at nighttime.

I must run an air conditioner when I sleep, though. If my room gets too warm, then I wake up feeling like when I was in the hosptial, with the fatigue/dizziness/disorientation. I try to save a few dollars by minimizing A/C use, but sometimes it's not worth it!!

Looks like a very unusual spell of hot weather is happening in the UK now, so I hope all of you find ways to stay cool and be safe!!!

In any case, we'll all be complaining when the snow starts to stick to the roads once again!!! Here's a snowman pic to assist in thinking cool thoughts!!

Think cool thoughts!!
