Does anyone else get dizziness with hay fever was recently diagnosed have never had it before

I get dizziness but that doesn't mean it's a symptom

When my sinuses swell up they swell up my eusteon tubes in my ears. This leads to vertigo and feeling off balance. I had this for 1 year continually once. Its horrible.
