Abdominal pain After every “Fill” on PD

I recently started to have some sever abdominal pain during the beginning of every Dwell after every Fill sometimes it starts during the Fill. It is a horrible pain has me in a curled up fetus position and that doesn’t even help it last about 30 minutes then subsides and leaves my physically exhausted to the point that I all I can do is sleep once the pain goes away, am I pulling out too much fluid that I don’t have? Or what? Never had this issue before
