I am on pd I used to be a triathlete and have been Advised to stop swimming in lakes and running, does anyone still run or swim

Hi, I still swim (not in lakes tho!) although even after 6 years I still haven't quite got the hang of applying the Tegaderm over my tube.... Usually end up with it covering half my abdomen but it's watertight so hey ho. I also play hockey, you might assume that it involves running but I am quite selective with that aspect of the game, it has been known for me to run if it's really, really worth it.

i go swimming in the sea.i was told its ok as long as the water is clean.and i go running now and again.never had any problems
