Hi Shelly as i have mentioned to a few people "stem cell nutrition" has done wonders for many people I personally know and also for myself. I assume that I cannot give the name of the product here as it might seem like advertising. you can either let me have your info or go to my FB page Yvonne Lacey.

Sounds like low sugar to me. Test you sugar when you feel like this. You need to keep your sugar levels under control. I always carry a grape juice with me or glucose sweets. Just don't over do the grape juice. Drink 100 mls and see what happens. If it is low sugar, maybe your doc needs to give you half dose of Metformin

Sounds like possible low blood sugar and perhaps low blood pressure with it. Could also possibly be lack of iron anaemia. You have to make sure what exactly it is. You can only treat something if you know what it is for sure. But if low sugar a quick fix is 500ml coke. And for low blood pressure, salt and water is what you need. What also helps, instead of eating 3 meals a day, eat 6 small meals. Add extra salt to your plate of food or put 1/4 teaspoon salt in a glass of orange juice or sprinkle salt on apple slices or orange slices. Be careful not to over do the salt, as it could go from low blood pressure to high blood pressure. If you lack iron, then eat steaks, beetroot, spinach, liver, green magh (lentil), etc. Wish you all the best
