I was diagnosed pre-diabetic in Feb. I went on a really healthy eating plan and lost 16kgs.
I also joined a woman's morning boot camp exercise class. My question is, can I keep doing boot camp exercises and be carb free without hurting myself? One school of that is that I MUST have carbs if exercising daily. The scale I get weighed on, shows that my visceral fat keeps going up while my weight goes down as well as my muscle mass keeps getting less instead of more. They want the visceral down and muscle mass up. How do I rectify these internal readings without adding carbs?
