The word ‘blog’ stands for ‘web’ + ‘log’.

Essentially, it is a place where you can log things about your life. You might be asking yourself, ‘What kind of things?’. Well, really anything relating to how diabetes affects your life. Other people can read what you have written - they can offer you suggestions and support and also they will in turn be supported by reading about how you cope with diabetes. Of the people who have blogged about their health in HealthUnlocked 95% say it's had a positive impact on their lives and 25% describe it as 'life-changing'. So it's worth at try!

You can write about anything from how diabetes impacts your family life to the side

effects of certain drugs to how it makes you feel (whether emotionally or physically).

Blogs can be as short as you like so don’t feel you need loads of words. Simply post

what’s on your mind.

That’s it. Now go blog so we can read and comment! Good luck!
