I am under diabetics medicine since last 12-15 yrs, leading normal life. My fast Blood sugar is 95-100, post is more than 230.

you must check your A1c levels once in 3 months,anyways you have a high ppbs,what all medications are you on

Have you tried or your doctor prescribed posmeal(voglibose) to be taken with noon meals? Get information on this and follow to limit your post meal sugar.

Ur fasting sugar level is OK. U appear to be eating something more than requires for ur lunch and dinner. Cut down !5% on what u eat. Go for trail and error method . Ur sugar level will come to normal. Don't forget medicines and exercise.
