i m 50 years, have been cycling @ 20-40 Kms a day, totaling @ 100 Km/wk. I feel pain over the eye brows over d de . no dia, bp.sugetions?

Yours is good habit It is nothing to do with your cycling get yourself checked by a physician follow his advise.There is nothing to fear
Please do not cycle too much, you may wear out your cartilage. This is my experience and was under medication and physio-therapy for nearly 6 months. I wonder why have you to connect your cycling with pain over the eyebrows.
25 mts cycling enough every day. see doctor for ur pain general physitian /eye specialist 4the purpose.

General exercise for 30 to 45 min..may be brisk walk or 30 min. cycling is enough for a healthy body in 24 hours time.... first you have to check up whether you have sugar problems and whats the level of that.... After proper diagnosis.. Doctor can suggest you the diets and exercise schedules... you should not make you as your Doctor and conclude the things in your own way, which may make you in trouble... so, try to take your own intelligent way to the problems if you have any, concerned to Blood Sugar, this is my humble suggestion. For Eye Brows pain, you need to consult with an Eye Doctor, its nothing concerned with any other problems, according to getting the age of 50 years, its natural that there can be eye weakness if not checked up in time....which can be rectified by an experienced eye Doctor in your area, so don't worry about that
Mr,Malikarjun, Cycling is a best exercise. 40 km in a day is too much i think, are you doing any business by cycling or otherwise you suppose to do morning walk. Do not connect eye brow pain with the cycling, may be deficiency of Vitamin B.&B12.
