In addition to thirst and fatigue, I also experience weak muscles, and the worst is what I call being "hangry" Which is to say I'm not pleasant to be with till I get something in me to counteract the symptoms.
Body is trambling.
Do you drink anything to help lower the blood sugars that is sugar free/no carbs.?
Taking Sugar free drops in tea.
This is good to hear. How much tea do you drink?😀👍
2 to 3 cups tea.& When I take rice with milk.
This is good and also a way to keep hydrated during the day.
