No problems whatsoever, actually I stopped all medications, mind is peaceful, feel more juvenile, eating mindfully though often mindlessly but ofcourse keeping track of my BS. My advice to all is that your body is your own and first of all you yourself needs to understand how it functions, nobody else no matter what they say can ever know how your body will cope up to any kind of food that you eat. So test yourself on various remedies, monitor how your body responds. For me, I have tested myself on fenugreek, boiled lemon juice, cinnamon, celery etc. all from various information I got from different sources online and offline. All have given positive results but surely varies with my food habits. So try to do your own research. Good luck.
