Other is getting lab tests especially HbA1c done regularly every 3 months
Life style change, regular exercise. Annual blood test.
That's great! Does the exercise change each day?
The exercise is about one hour, 30 minutes of walking to the gym and back, 30 minutes in two different equipment each day, try to increase the heart rate at least by 20 % during the exercise. I do not use weight because of muscle pain.
I consider HbA1C and cholesterol are under control for my age!, as my finding I work towards a higher number to what the system says, only time will tell.
Doing HbA1C test and using DARUHALDI decauction in the morning with morning walk onlly
Walking, strict diet control plus HbA1c six months once
I also would say it depends on person and the pancreases. But after 225 units of insulin now I take none and no diabetes meds, but monitor my readings 3 to 4 times a day eat low carb diet and exercise. My A1c is at 6.8 and fatty liver & fibrosis is reversing !!!!
That’s fantastic! Keep up the great work!😀👍
thankyou, they wanted me to loose 125# in a year, I started 3-12-2019 so I am gonna miss their mark, but they are still very pleased with me, I have lost about 75lbs. my cholesteral is better than I have been in 35 yrs. I have lost 1/2 my blood pressure meds and all the meds for body aches and arthritus is gone, I have stopped 5 other pills....plus the 225 units that the VA had me taking daily. I go see them in the morning. So will look you up tomorrow eve and let you know what they say...your poll looks like getting alot of good information from it...Ron
