Get out in the sun & fresh air! On my bike every Sunday.
One should drink plenty of water and take walks frequently.
Also agree, outdoors six out of seven days a week walking and drinking water. The fresh air does you good. Exercise might work the insulin more in the heat for me as opposed to the winter or chilled air. A good survey!
Driinking plenty of water, walking and exercising are good for your health.
I prefer walking and drinking lot of water. I am diabetic since last almost 15 years. In 2011 I had tangerines and my left major toe had to be amputed and I was pit on insulin as my BSL were as high as 350. Then in 2015 I had undergone CABG. I am taking glimisave max 1 750mg, Forxiga 10mg, Trajenta 5mg , Clopilet 75mg and Metxl 25mg in the morning and in the night I am taking glimisave Max 1 750mg, Ecosprin 75mg , Roseday 20mg.and Cardace 2.5mg and now my BSL remains under control even though my insulin had been withdrawn since 2016 and I am continuing to take medicines on the advice of my doctors.
