Thanks for taking out the survey. I add that I am on morning walk for about 4 to 5 kms daily. Medications: 1. Drinking DARU HALDI water in the morning empty stomach soaked from previous night. 2. Taking KARELA juice at about 8 AM. 3.In the evening SBL product DIABOHERB liquid 1 tablespoon is taken with water. My Sugar level is almost in controlled state.

Thanks for information one thing I want know what is DARU HALDI? AND second SBL PRODUCT DIABOHERB?

May be you are right. But I cannot do away with Barberry (DARU HALDI) water, Karela Juice and DIABOHERB, though these may be of 1% help. I sincerely thank you for your observation.

Yes most confusing, physical exercise will help, and some medication, In my own case I even stopped even medicine. only exercise with a rope (rope with pulleys) available in medical surgical stores, for whole body exercise and shoulder exercise separately available 20+20 Mts morning and evening.It is cheaper when compared with bull worker and other things.Now I am eating as I wish absolutely no control on my eating including sweets, I checked after eating breakfast along with sweets, The BS level is quiet normal it is 133 Yesterday. I stopped medicines a month ago, today fasting 103

So nice Sir, I am 65+ years old and may not be able to take strenuous exercise. That compels me to take some medicinal help. Thank you very much.

I am 66, instead of walking miles together and spending a lot of time in walking, this exercise is relatively easier, no knee pains or leg pains, this exercise helps in reducing knee joint pain which is a common ailment(problem) for all 60+

It's two pulleys together with two ropes with slings on either side, one side a pair of slings which will be hooked to foot the other side one sling to pull with hand,Normally the pulley is hooked to window grill Go to any medical shop where surgical instruments and orthopedic equipments like walker etc. are sold. Now a days I am really happy, Now I can eat any thing and everything. but 40Mts a day (20+20). Earlier I used to consume Glimp-MP 2 one and half tabs, before lunch ONE, before dinner 1/2. Plus all restrictions on food, Now no restrictions on food, Exercise plus of course one capsule of vitamins and minerals ie zinc magnesium vit B-12 etc Dr. reddys lab EBIZA-L.

I have controlled diabetes for 12 years and I'm in the pharmaceuticals industry since 25 years, I'm keen in the study of herbals and its effects on diabetes type-II. I regularly go through the posts in HealthUnlock, but never posted or commented any post.
