Mystiqmissy - there are a number of other forums on HU that deal more specifically with supporting the symptoms you mention

Hello Missy I noticed no one was talking to you, do you normally think giving up your life is the way to solve your problems? Is it possible that you are taking a medication that makes you have suicidal thoughts?

Most people with depression can be helped once they are on the right medication and the proper dose, it’s also helpful to eat healthy food and exercise. I know having a long time problem like depression can wear out your ability to cope, but suicide is a permanent solution to a temporary lack of control.

How long have you had difficulty with depression? Do you have anyone that you can trust to communicate with? Are you still going to school or do you work? You can usually get help from either place, but staying by yourself is not wise. You need to get help, so if you are still having thoughts of killing your self please call 911 if you have no one else.

Hello your on the Diabetes site I think your looking for the Anxiety Depression forum. That being said please call a help line or Freud’s /family about your feelings. Remember everything ( feelings are temporary) you will get through what ever is bothering you with the proper help. Best wishes
