Are you using Long Wheat as per Sir George recommendations

Take long wheat photos are there on the site, you can search. cook in the way Sir George have recommended. take wheat and water in 1:6 ratio, in a cooker without whistle initially till continuous steam starts coming out of the whistle-hole, put the whistle-weight and allow it till you hear first whistle, then reduce the flame to sim and allow it to cook for a total of 45 minutes. You can make a paste of this cooked long wheat or chew them in your mouth properly mixing with saliva before ingesting. The process of cooking can also be googled Sir George has put everything on the site.

Take in the morning as breakfast & or dinner with other vegetables / soup/ sambhar etc. Lunch is your own delicacy. Need to follow this for three years for cure. Amount of long wheat should be 60-70 gm dry weight per serving. Details/accuracy can be got from writing by Sir George.

I haven't tried it so far, as I am yet to go diabetic and am not on any medicine, but planning to use it if my blood glucose level does not come back in normal range by next AHC. I had higher fasting 143 PP 163 than normal (said to be pre-diabetic range) 3 months back. I am trying weight reducing by exercise routine until next year Annual Health Checkup. I have been able to reduce 14 Kg (104 to 90) weight by either running (25-60 minutes) or walking 1 hr treadmill/slopes and weight exercises 20 minutes. Both in morning and evening. I am also following food restriction/temptations to an extent desired.
