the time i was discharging from hospital my sugar level was 8.6. i have been experiencing sever headache. do think what must be the caused.

If the head ache is a temporary phenomenon,I would not be concerned.If it is persistent,then I would certainly talk to my doctor.

Try and avoid drinks and food with a high sugar content and do not use sugar in your tea, i have diabetes 2 and i hardly ate sugar i always check the labels has for your headache it could be high blood pressure or caffiene products like chocolates, cheese etc or the 3rd alternative you are suffering a migraine go back to your GP and ask the doctor if you can have a scan of your skull.
