Sex is a normal and natural function with a lot of emotional attachment. It should not be treated as a tool for diabetes management

I think it's a good alternative, if you are too busy to get to the gym, but I would not use sex exclusively for managing sugar levels, as I believe too much of anything is not good for one's health. Imagine how much you would be straining yourself if you had sex everyday, just because you want to keep your sugar levels low!

sex, with who, in this age of HIV/AIDS, am not sure that works besides you seem to suggest it in exclusivity.

Also us a reminder most of our readers are not even having the sex,so soon you'll lose it either by losing an erection or some other complication, so my brother work on your eating habits first i.e what you eat and when you eat it, then work out- leave the car for a while.

Sex has other purposes and when we go for it our minds do not focus on reducing weight or keeping fit so do not rely on it to control your diabetes, far from it.
