I was told that vit c deficiency causes bleeding gums. So.i started taking orange juice but I found that it made my gums still more worse. Does anyone know how to overcome bleeding gums through natural remedies?

I do that every day but seems like it is not sufficient. It seems that I need to rinse my mouth several rounds after every meal as food stuff get clogged in between the gaps. While I can handle that at home, it is not possible to do the sameb I m workplace. Is there a solution to my problem?

Bleeding gums and gaps between teeth are a sign of gum disease - please find a dentist and see them as soon as possible!

Meanwhile, you need to improve your brushing technique.

- This video discusses proper technique to brush teeth effectively youtube.com/watch?v=gepoVAR...

- use interdental brushes to help clean btwn teeth youtube.com/watch?v=-Spe3O1...

Also, if you smoke - stop it

or have diabetes - make sure it's under good control (ask GP to check)

Why do the dentist whom I visit, do not cure or treat my gum or dental problems. They directly jump to root canal, extraction etc but don't attack the root cause. Is it because a dentist is not competent? For troubleshooting the root cause, do I need to go to some other doctor? Which specialist should I consult?

I cannot 100% say you have gum disease, as I haven't seen you for an exam.

However, your signs point towards gum disease. I don't know your dentist so cannot comment on what, why and when.

Tell your dentist that you're worried about your gum health and see if they can screen you for gum disease.
