So, I've been having really bad jaw pain. It feels like my jaw is gonna give out all the time. I have clicking and popping noise. Before and after I eat. My jaw always feels bruised and heavy. Lately, I've been having really bad headaches and migraines. Ears are always hurting.

sounds like your haw is out of place. My chiropractor has done an adjustment for me when he noticed it after I’d had a root canal done.
