I’m so sorry to hear about your issues. The main qualifier for having dental implants is having enough bone. But, don’t give up on the idea of dental implants. If you don’t have enough bone, the bone can be rebuilt. Bone grafting, sinus lift, etc are some solutions.
Even the most extreme patients can be treated with zygomatic implants and nerve repositioning. These are obviously last resort, high-level procedures but they work very well.
