Tongue issues/changes

Hi all

New to the forum. I have had some recent changes in my health, in particular my tongue - which has been coupled with chronic dizzy/off balance feeling whenever i am standing - assuming they are linked and worried i have an infection.

Does anyone have any idea what the white marking on both the side of my tongue and the main body of the tongue could be? I brush and floss regularly.

My dentist doesnt seem overly concerned but he is a new dentist as i have relocated and hasnt seen the changes despite me informing him.

Any help/advice greatly appreciated.

Syd
