Has any body had any success with oil pulling? I have seen this on many you- tube presentations but would like to hear from somebody who has tried it and has had positive results. Which oil , how much , how often and for how long?

It doesn't work. Youtubers ain't got no evidence-based research to back up their fad.
Just brush twice a day for 2 mins.
