Deaf social problems

For the hearing world deaf acceptance seems slim to none here. We are put down, rejected and physically violated simply because we can't hear. So sad.

"Physically violated"? Someone has done you physical harm due to your deafness?

What?!?

Yes, and some of my deaf friends as well. Bad brawl in a deaf coffee shop a while ago. Bullies just go there to start trouble.

Yes, indeed but the guy didn't leave without the help of the paramedics. I guess the deaf coffee shop owner had seen enough of the hate.

We go there to be with friends, get cheap coffee and sandwiches. We pose no problems for anybody. The guy also didn't know the deaf community, and it's right knit loyalty to other deafs. He does now.

Oh yeah the place has been set on fire by deaf haters a few times. Sad and crazy.
