Has anyone out there got cure for the most debilitating painful and ongoing catarrh?

Menthol crystals in boiling water and not only breathing them but swallow which will open the Eustachian Tube... which you hear when you swallow a slight crack....that will allow the menthol into you middle ear and break down the mucus... I say this everyone.. DO YOU SMOKE, if you do give up, it can cause mucus behind the ear drum.... another tip breath in gently hold you breath nip your nose take a sip of water and swallow hard, like a gulp, that will force open that tube and allow the fluid to flow through it to behind the nose and you will swallow it... couple tips.
