I believe it cleans your Kidney and blood. You pass urine more frequently. I drink a pint of tepid water every morning before tea. Small glass at night before bed.

I drink SASKIA water from LIDLE. 25P BOTTLE

PH-7.9.

Hope the plastic bottle is safe😞

I drink the 2 litre of SASKIA throughout the day.

Is there a particular reason for that choice?

Not really. But its cheap!

Nice and clean. Tap water at work is Bleachy.

I went to the 1 day at Guys to understand more about CU

And people thought higher the PH was better for you.

I do drink alot with sliced lemons and limes. Not too much - just enough to taint the water or it dries your skin out.

I drink tap water. First thing in the morning I have a pint of hot water with lemon in it - instead of a cup of tea. When I drink water during the day I now put a couple of slices of lemon in it. It gives it a little bit of flavour which I prefer rather than just plain tap water.
