Definitely my libido has decreased, but that may be my age (57). If you are a man, you may want to get your testosterone level checked. Normal should be around 700, although there is disagreement on what defines "normal". Mine was under 300, so for awhile I was getting shots twice a month from my uro, which helped a lot. They also have a gel that you have to apply daily to your shoulder. I stopped once I got the number back up to over 650. Some docs will not do it if you are at an increased risk for prostate cancer (father or brother had it) since it can elevate your PSA count. I'm digressing, but I think the PD does extinguish desire.
I am on Mirapex and I think it has viagra in it.I am 70 and feel like 40
My desire isn't completely gone, but the equipment is fast asleep, but I
am 68, lived in San Franciso in the 70s and this is my karma telling me I've had mylife's allotment.
Don't take any meds for erectile problems nor do I intend to add one pill to the many meds I'm already onl.
My libido has decreased dramatically while my wife's has increase! Crap! The PD and depression have taken a toll on the "tool". Kind of like shooting pool with a rope! I need to get checked so I can keep my bride happy. I wonder if the PD meds are doing this?
the medications for PD can cause this to happen.
I always think: If it's not working right PD did it.
Yes, both the PD and the PD meds may cause this problem.
Since DBS i am blessed again with an increase in libido, but meanwhile my poor wife has lost hers. BUMMER!
I used to have that problem, seven or eight times a day,.
