Doesn't sound like anything to do with PD. Better check with a physician.
Chronic Constipation may make it worse or be the cause. If it continues longer than a few days best see the Quacks.
PD can include a symptom known as "Gastric Dysmotlity" where the normal passage of food through the alimentary canal is rather sluggish. This can result in bloating. However the sort of bloating you describe does seem rather extreme to be a function of PD. As "wordworks2001" suggests better check with a physician.
Also, I have heard this type of thing being due to very large cyst but that's bit of a "long shot" too.
I'd be interested to hear what it really is when you have a dx, if you felt able to tell?
Check out 'Gastroparesis and Parkinsons' on the web to see if the symptoms seem familiar. Sounds like you need a GP review too.
Yes def. PD plus any of the above could be the case. Is this a new condition or a chronic one? I've been seeing a GI specialist who referred me to a PT specializing in ab pain AND I have an ovarian cyst! I have all the luck. (actually I'm feeling better -- postponing my MRI until Jan.)
That is just what my stomach looks like i have had scopes down my throat and up my A and no one has ever given me a answer. I get ask when my baby is due all the time! Im 53 so i take it as a compliment that i look young enough to be pregnant
