Hope you are all having a good Sunday, I`m just chilling out with the Tango the dog whilst my girlfriend is at work. when she gets home we are having a delicious fish curry for dinner with a bottle of wine....delicious!

I had a good day with my 3 kids yesterday, they tired me out as usual lol just getting ideas of them now what they want for christmas......looking forward to that

Andy - haven't done my workout yet - looking to do about 10k this morning when it gets light out - but it will be a chill day after that - need to rest up after Thanksgiving at my son's house.

Glad you had a good day yesterday with your kids. Sure they are excited about Christmas.

Had the family here for their meal today so I,too, am hoping to chill out. I stumbled on a site called patientslikeme today. I think this is an information site. I was looking for information on the Bowen Therapy and was directed to this site. Will give it a go. Keep the jokes coming.
