I wake up shaking sometimes, but it only last for a couple minutes. I think it has something to do with our body reacting to being still while we're sleeping, That's just a guess. If it really bothers you than maybe ask your doctor, Blessings.

Hi,

I wake up shaking every day , thats why i have to get up and out of bed , its 04.30 am GMT and i have been awake now for 2 hrs , dont sleep for long due to the shakes , only time do not shake is when sleeping however just when my brain starts to wake the shaking starts , so up i get ,

Hope this answeres your question , i am sure there are plenty more Parkies the same.

Usually I do after about 10 minutes. It's like Parkinson's has forgotten me then it's, "there you

are", and I start shaking.

I get awakened when my bladder is full by shaking and shivering until I empty bladder. My face (especially my nose) hands and feet get cold, too.
