What caring? My treatment is fine but I went to visit a friend in an oncology ward very recventlly. He was sitting at a half-eaten tray of food in runnind diarrhoea. He had rung for help 20 mins before I arrived & it was at least another 30 before anyone came.

I know too well the lack of care by other than family and friends such as you.
