In this study, we found an improvement of resting tremor when applying BBS in the gamma frequency band OFF medication. Moreover, the positive effects of CAS underline the general positive potential for improvement of motor function by acoustically supported therapeutic approaches.

Thanks House2 ! This is evidence. I am so happy they are saying Gamma as I switched everything to 40 HZ about a year ago.

"Gamma waves are the fastest brain waves. They mainly occur when you're highly alert and conscious. They range from 30 to 80 Hertz."

This is great news. Thanks!

If you read the data/conclusions closely you'll find the results underwhelming, to say the least.

But it's easy enough to try binaural beats for yourself. There are apps at Google Play, for one.
