I can say that ( many may not agree) the neurologist for PD can't be classified on grades. Medicines for movement disorder are same across the world and only the dosage, potency and timings are different .Still the government hospitals of Delhi like AIIMS, RML , Safdarjung are the best for consultation and DBS

There are many in Chennai. The one name which referred in our DBS what's app group in India is Dr. Vijaya Shankar Neurologist with Specialisation in Movement Disorder at Apollo Hospital , Chennai.
