My Neurologist is retiring. Does anyone in the UK (I live in Yorkshire) have any recommendations for his replacement?

Hi Shouldn't he, or the NHS be telling you?

I was seen by Professor Oliver Bandmann in Sheffield hospital. See link above.
Good luck 🤞 I saw him for restless legs syndrome which I have inherited and have since childhood. I found him rather "cold" . He subscribed Pregabalin and didn't do any tests at all for Parkinson's. Ignored my twitchy toes (they start twitching uncontrollably and hurt in the end) and teeth grinding. Stiff legs and muscle pains after a bad night. I have not seen any other neurologists since I moved to this country from Germany 10 years ago, so unable to compare! Sorry! Hope above helps!
Not sure where in Yorkshire you are but I recently saw Dr Harry Tucker at the Beardswood hospital in Blackburn. He was excellent, listened and had experience of every problem I asked him about. His follow up letter was four pages long and every word was accurate to what was discussed and suggested in the meeting I will definitely continue seeing him.
