Thanks for posting this. I follow him on Instagram as he is such an amazing guy who helped many through the lock down in the UK by providing a work out for all daily on the TV. He also provides many interesting, healthy easy recipes which he posts on Instagram.

I think most people without parkinsons would struggle with this but even just dipping in and out where you can would help.

I did the workout this morning. I am a great fan of Joe Wicks - as Zella said, he was a force for good during the pandemic here in the UK.
