And the unjustified fear of early onset of dyskinésia due to levodopa medication….

In my experience, one shouldn't wait too long to take levodopa, I was put on levodopa a few months after the diagnosis at sustained doses already eight years ago and only now I have some peak dose dyskinesia in my left foot. In doing so I was able to live almost normally.

Here is a very interesting quote from the video about PwP gut microbiome. I integrate my biome with prevotella.

edit: I don't take Prevotellaceae but Clostridium difficile, see below.

Gioc.

Prevotella is a species. What strain do you take?

frontiersin.org/articles/10...

I don't know anything about it, but it doesn't sound good.

"These findings indicate that some Prevotella strains may be clinically important pathobionts that can participate in human disease by promoting chronic inflammation."

Actually I was wrong, I don't take Prevotellaceae but Clostridiaceae.

As you say it is better to be careful which Prevotellaceae to take.

Before I took AOR 3 ingredients, now I take Miyarisan plus one that my pharmacist produces, they don't contain Prevotellaceae but Clostridium Difficilis.
