Oh that is nice workout. I used to workouts quite often but close friend of mine said that 6 times per week is too much( he found that info here : betterme.world/articles/is-... ). Anyway how do you think. Is that true? Because my another friend do that quite often

Yes he is right. My experience: 3 times a week is manageable
